Lake Champlain on May 6, 2011 when lake level was 103.20 ft above sea level.
The lake peaked at 103.27. The previous observed high lake level was 101.86 ft on April 27, 1993 , unobserved high (water mark) 102.1 feet above mean sea level was measured on May 4, 1869 at Rousses Point, New York. The mark left by the rising water was measured on a railroad bridge.
Record low level was 92.6 ft Dec 4, 1908

Seawall, base to beach is 5 feet down.
